What a Monday evening we had at Take Two! On 30 June 2025, we all gathered for the Time Well Spent virtual awards ceremony... and what a moving and joyful celebration it was!

Our Time Well Spent exhibition and art prize celebrates five wonderful years of Fibre Arts Take Two. Five years of world-class online courses. Five years of watching our students grow, create, and connect.

Congratulations again to the prize-winners and all 50 finalists, and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who submitted, attended, and supported this exhibition. We are so grateful for you!

The winners are:

First prize: Lucie Verhelst, Australia, Stored

Second prize: Pauline Sommer, Germany, The Green Woman

Third prize: Margaret Williamson, United Kingdom, The Dance

Emerging Artist prize: Ute Schroeder, New Zealand, Humanity - for Hind Rajab

But wait... there’s still one award left!

The People’s Choice Award is now open for voting, and you get to vote on the winner! Take a moment to explore the Top 50 entries and cast your vote for the piece that speaks to you the most. Voting closes 9am AEST 14 July 2025, and the winner will be announced shortly after.

If you’d love to experience the joy, connection, and creativity of the event in your own time…

Thank you again to all entrants for being part of this special celebration of not only our journey at Take Two, but the incredible community we've built together. We are so proud of you all.
